His specialty: making people comfortable on camera while delivering broadcast-quality visuals. Whether it's a CEO interview, patient testimonial, or commercial shoot, he brings documentary instincts and commercial craft to every frame.

Lauren keeps projects on budget, on schedule, and strategically focused. With a creative development background from Radical Media, Imagine Entertainment, and WarnerMedia, she translates ambitious creative visions into realistic production plans.

She's also the strategic brain behind every project—analyzing what's working in your space, identifying opportunities, and building creative briefs that ensure we're making content that performs, not just content that looks pretty.

Matt is the logistics coordinator who makes complex productions run smoothly. As COO and producer, he manages multi-cam shoots, live event coverage, and high-volume projects that demand fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality.

He's produced campaigns and documentaries for Google, Meta, Heineken, and Nabisco—and specializes in technical problem-solving when the straightforward approach won't work.
